The Hindu — irregular and irresponsible delivery of news paper-the hindu-tamil

I am Dr.S.Ragavanantham, Who resides in Gandhi Road, Velachery. The fellow who is delivering the newspaper just throws the paper from the main road. Most often it will fall either on the road or in the wet area of the car park. We insisted him to deliver just inside the doors. But no response. I tolerated. Many Saturdays and Sundays he delivered Dhinathanthi instead of Hindu. We missed many Saturday and Sunday issues. I tolerated. 
But now, last one week I didn't get the newspaper at all..By subscribing online, I might have saved few hundred rupees..but if I haven't bothered about this penny, I would have got Newspapers daily without fail through my regular fellow, for whom we should give 30 rupees per month as delivery charges apart from the paper cost.
So, I assure you that I will not repeat this blunder of subscribing online hereafter, and I request you to kindly look into the matter and solve the issue asap.
