poor performance, property damage, no resolution of problem

Andreas Anusavice of Estate Contracting LLC was hired to do work on my home. He stated that he was licensed and insured and we contracted for replacement of windows, and a roof. the work was not done to code and in the process the workers destroyed my personal property and also cut into the framing of my house to make the windows fit rather than getting the appropriate products. my home is now exposed to the elements. upon further investigation we found that there was no ice and water shield on the roof as he had specified and also all windows were installed improperly. we have not resolved this issue and we will have to pay to have another contractor complete the work correctly. 

He also never pulled permits for the work and left our property a mess with nails, plaster and a mess everywhere in the house and also nails and glass outside on our lawn. we also found our that he is NOT licensed in Massachusetts and performed this work illegally.
